Welcome
Welcome to GroupOut, operated by GroupOut and its operators (“GroupOut,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our app, website, and related beta services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use GroupOut.

Report misconduct in-app or email support@groupout.app.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant GroupOut a license to use it within the Services to operate and improve the product. GroupOut software, design, and trademarks remain our property.
Privacy and Data
See our Privacy Policy. Location permissions are required for core features. Push notifications require your permission and can be disabled in device settings.
Payments
Not applicable during beta.
Safety Disclaimer
GroupOut is a platform for real-time social discovery at venues. We do not guarantee any interaction will lead to a meeting. Always meet in public places, inform someone of your plans, and take reasonable precautions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupOut is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at $100 USD or amounts paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GroupOut from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited. You waive class actions and jury trials to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may request deletion by contacting support@groupout.app.
Enforcement — Three-Strike Policy
