We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent safety issues at a partner venue, put Urgent in the subject line.
Common requests
- Account deletion — in the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. If you can’t open the app, email support@groupout.app with subject “Account Deletion” from the address on your account.
- Privacy requests — email support@groupout.app with subject “Privacy Request”.
- Report a user — if you feel threatened, flag a bartender or staff member immediately. Then use Block or Report in the app (Browse profile). You can also email us with details.
- Download the app — iPhone & Android.
