These existed long before apps. We just thought it was a good time to solve them.

GroupOut is an app for singles at bars — see who’s live in the room, ping them, meet IRL. We’re launching downtown Knoxville and need a small crew to be the face of it on busy nights.

A night looks like

  • You show up at a partner bar in a GroupOut shirt
  • You walk up to people: “hey — did you know you can see who’s live here tonight?”
  • You help them download, Go Live, and try a ping — same night, not a flyer and goodbye
  • You bring friends if you want, but the job is talking to the room

You’re a fit if

  • You’re already out downtown sometimes and talking to strangers isn’t weird
  • Marketing / events major — or you just want real practice, not another group project
  • 21+, around UTK / Knoxville, cool being “the GroupOut person” for a few hours
